My name is Melissa Mohammed. I am the happily married 42-year-old mother of a 10-year-old daughter. I grew up in Honduras, Central America, and in the small town of Las Cruces, New Mexico.
When I am not writing, I enjoy snuggling and reading with my princess, singing karaoke (badly), ballroom dancing, and watching movies.
Even though I was not what I’d consider a “big” reader when I was young, I've been making up for lost time as an adult by enjoying books like the “Twilight” series, “The Mortal Instruments” series, the “Hunger Games” series, and the “Vampire Academy” series. As my flavors got bolder and more mature, I found everything Dannika Dark writes invigorating, and I love Jeaniene Frost’s characters. I started working on “The Life Guardians" series 10 years ago and The Life Guardians: Elemental Accidents is the first in this four-part series.
